Our Mixologist 

SoMa Bartending has the honor of being the premier bartending program in San Francisco.

​

The company was established in 2015 by founder Jeremy Vassey who wanted to teach world-class cocktail making with an easy going approach in a proper learning environment. Paired with Reeves Bar as the setting students learn classic and modern cocktails with a twist. 

​

Utilizing his over 20 years of restaurant management and bartending experience. He was able to create a bartending program with something different in mind. Keeping close the concept of hands-on instruction, current and future bartenders get trained in a real bar with real alcohol. 

​

After Founding SFBA (San Francisco Bartending Academy) in 2013, SoMa Bartending was the next step in evolution. This progam has trained over 2000  bartenders in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

It is safe to say that Jeremy has a thirst for teaching.
